Products

Homyaku offers handcrafted marble ritual sets, incense holders, incense, and related products.

Because marble is a natural material, every piece will have its own colour, veining, texture, markings, and finish. Minor handmade differences and natural variations are not considered defects.

Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting, and screen settings.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and payment approval.

After placing an order, you will receive an order-confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if:

• A product is unavailable

• Payment cannot be authorised

• Product or pricing information contains a clear error

• The delivery address is incomplete or unsupported

• The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised

The final price, shipping charge, discounts, and applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping, Returns and Privacy

Delivery is subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns, refunds, damaged products, and lost-parcel claims are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product Safety

Incense must always be used responsibly.

Use a stable, heat-resistant holder in a well-ventilated space. Keep burning incense away from children, pets, curtains, and flammable materials, and never leave it unattended.

Our products are intended for personal fragrance and ritual use. They are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition.

Homyaku is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unattended burning, modification, or failure to follow product instructions.
