We want you to feel good about what arrives at your door. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at myhomyaku@gmail.com.

Because incense is a consumable product, we do not accept returns of opened incense. We do accept return requests for unopened and unused items in their original packaging, as well as for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return window for unopened items:
You may request a return for unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

To request a return or refund, please email us with:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return address for approved returns:

Non-returnable items:
- opened incense products
- used incense holders or accessories
- sale items
- gift cards

Return shipping:
For approved change-of-mind returns of unopened items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you on a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds:
Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order changes and cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
